Letricia “Puff” Niegos

Puff began her Scouting volunteer service in 1999 as Tiger Coach for her son with Pack 63 chartered by St. Andrew’s Episcopal School.  Continuing with Pack 63, she was Cubmaster and Webelos Leader in 2004.  In 2005 she began service to Troop 87, chartered by St. Thomas Catholic Church, and continues today as a member of the committee. 

In 2006 she was elected to serve on the Golden Spread Council Executive Board  and has served as Vice President of Finance and is currently the Treasurer for the Council.

Puff graduated from Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant with H-B Realty, a family owned business.  She and her family attend Hillside Christian Church, where she is very active in their various youth programs.  She has served as a board member of the St. Andrew’s School, serving as president.  As a member of the Discovery Center Board, she participated in the TAME’s Robotics competitions. She was recently awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Women’s Forum Group for her outstanding service to our community and its organizations.

Puff has been passionate about promoting the Scouting program and been willing to actively serve on unit, district and council committees to ensure the quality program continues.  One of her proudest moments was to see her son receive his Eagle Rank in 2009.
