Living the Values

  • What do Scouting's values mean to me and to the youth I lead?

Bringing the Vision to Life

  • How do I assist youth and adults in responding to the present and shaping the future?
  • What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?
  • Why is it important to value people and leverage diversity?

Models for Success

  • How do teams develop? What is the role of a team leader? What is a high performing team?

Tools of the Trade

  • How can we make decisions that everyone will accept?
  • How can we improve our problem solving skills?
  • How can we improve our planning skills?
  • Why is it important to have short-term and long-term goals?

Leading to Make a Difference

  • Is Scouting really a "game with a purpose?"
  • Why do I do this Scouting thing?
