Boy's Life Subscription Fee
The fee is $12.00 for a
full year (12 Issues). Boy's Life is an essential part of
the scouting program. It is proven that scouts who receive the subscription
stay in Scouting longer, and advance to higher ranks. Please encourage
the parents to subscribe the boys to this magazine. It is also great
for family interaction and discussions. It is also a bargain compared
to other leading children's magazines, and it contains more information.

Registration fee
The $10 registration fee per year is required
for adults and youth in the traditional Scouting program. Click

Insurance fee
The $1 Insurance fee per year is required for
adults and youth in the traditional Scouting program, and is paid
at re-charter time.
Tiger Cub Partners
Partners must fill out the bottom part of the
youth application with the adults name and age. An adult application
for a Tiger Cub partner is required also, if the adult is not the
parent or the legal guardian of the Tiger Cub and does not reside
at the same address. If the adult partner holds another position in
the unit, an adult application is required.
Using Initials and Nicknames as First Name
When registering a youth or adult, do not use the individual's
initial or nickname as the first name. All registrants must have
their legal first name in the required field. The National Council
requires this.
New Adult Application
As of April 1, 2003, the Social Security
number is required for all new or changing adults when filling out an adult application (new person, change of unit or position
etc.). Also a criminal background check will be done on all
new or changing adult volunteers. Applicants must sign the adult
application giving informed consent to conduct a background check.
If the required information is missing, the application cannot
be processed. The new adult application has been revised to
reflect these changes. Do not use the old applications,
they can no longer be used. Please destroy all old applications
that you may have.
